What we collect
- Signup form: your first name and email address.
- Feedback form: your answers. Your first name, email address, and company are optional.
- Site analytics: only if you've arrived through a link in one of our emails or left your email on a form. Then we record the pages you view, their titles, the page that sent you here, campaign tags in the link, and the time. This is kept in your browser's local storage. We don't use cookies.
- Server logs: our host processes IP addresses and basic request details to deliver the site and stop abuse.
How we use it
- To send you updates about meetups and workshops.
- To plan future meetups and decide which workshops to offer.
- To see which pages and emails are useful.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only use service providers that help run the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Anthropic processes feedback answers through its Claude API to help us sort and summarize responses. Your name and email address are not included.
- Postmark delivers our emails.
- Luma handles event RSVPs if you sign up there. Luma's own privacy policy applies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, our analytics script doesn't record anything. You can also opt out directly:
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- Email alex@digisavvy.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We'll take care of it promptly.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're on our list or until you ask us to delete it.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
